An agile approach

A reminder of agile in a nutshell. The Agile Manifesto 2001 seeks:

- Individuals and interactions over tools and processes
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotation
- Responding to change over following a plan

Planning is more important than the plan...

The team (ideally small) should:

- Work as one
- Work in short iterations (phases)
- Deliver something each iteration
- Focus on business priorities
- Inspect and adapt
